                   CRIMINAL APPEAL No.20 OF 2018

JUDGMENT

There is no representation for the petitioner. This petition is filed with a prayer to condone the delay in filing the Criminal Appeal.

In the affidavit, the petitioner pleaded ill-health for not filing the appeal within the specified period. However, no minimum particulars much-less any supporting document is filed to substantiate the reason. Thus, the explanation offered is vague and not convincing, in effect, the prayer for condoning the delay in presenting the appeal fails and accordingly, the petition is dismissed.

Consequently, the Criminal Appeal stands dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
