ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed challenging the judgment and order dated 27.01.2016 in M.C.No.57 of 2010 passed by the Judge Family Court at L.B.Nagar.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the arrears were not paid by the petitioner as directed by this Court on 28.06.2016.
3. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed, due to non-compliance of the order of this Court.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
