JUDGMENT:
This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 19.02.2016 passed in A.S.No.229 of 2013 by the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, wherein and whereby the judgment and decree dt.18.08.2008 passed in O.S.No.1058 of 2008 by the VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, was confirmed.
2. Learned Counsel for appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal.
3. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
