SECOND APPEAL No: 343 of 2018
JUDGMENT:
This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 21.11.2017 in A.S.No.3 of 2011 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Narayanpet, wherein and whereby the judgment and decree dt.14.02.2011 passed in O.S.No.39 of 2012 by the Junior Civil Judge, Kodangal, was confirmed. The said suit was filed by the plaintiff for perpetual injunction and the same was dismissed.
2. Learned Counsel for appellant addressed a letter to the Registrar (Judl.) that the appellant wants to withdraw the second appeal. Learned Counsel for appellant orally seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal.
3. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
