          Heard Mr. P.Shiv Kumar, learned counsel for the appellants and

Mr. P.V.Ramana, learned counsel representing Mr. E.Madan Mohan

Rao, learned Standing Counsel, Indian Overseas Bank for the

respondents.

2. This appeal has been preferred against the order dated 30.08.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge disposing of W.P.No.5756 of 2021 filed by the appellants themselves as the writ petitioners.

3. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the appellants seek leave to withdraw the appeal.

4. In view of the above, Writ Appeal is dismissed on withdrawal. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed.
