Heard Ms. N.Shoba, learned counsel for the appellant and
Mr. T.V.Ramana Rao, learned Government Pleader appearing for
respondents No.1 to 4.
2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the writ appeal has become infructuous in view of issuance of G.O.Ms.No.26, Industries and Commerce (Mines-I) Department, dated 31.03.2022.
3. In view of the above, writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
