I.A.No.1 of 2015 is filed by the appellant seeking grant
of leave to file the present writ appeal.
The present writ appeal is arising out of the order dated
10.02.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge in
W.P.No.921 of 2015.
The writ petition was filed in the year 2015 by the
respondent No.1/writ petitioner being aggrieved by the
Notification dated 22.12.2014 in respect of list of Mussalies and also in respect of election of Managing Committee.
Learned counsel appearing for the Wakf Board has informed this Court that normally the tenure of the Managing Committee is for two years.
The learned Single Judge has directed issuance of fresh electoral list and to hold elections.
Keeping in view the facts that the tenure of the Managing Committee itself has come to an end, the writ petition is of the year 2015 and the writ appeal is also of the year 2015, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ appeal.
Resultantly, I.A.No.1 of 2015 and the writ appeal stand dismissed with a liberty to the appellant file a fresh writ petition in case need so arises in future. 2
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
