        This Appeal coming on for orders as to admission and upon perusing
the memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of
Sri P. Keshava Rao, Advocate for Appellant and of Sri Bankatlal Mandhani,
Advocate for respondent.
        The Court made the following Order :-
            It is stated that there is some encroachment. The report of the
Commissioner is heavily relied upon. However, the said statement is denied
by the counsel representing respondent. It is also brought to the notice of
this Court that the husband of respondent is an Advocate. As can be seen
from the controversy between the parties, the alleged encroachment appears
to be trivial. The ground of estoppel also had been raised and agitated in
elaboration. This Court is not inclined to express any opinion however, in the
peculiar facts of the case, this Court is well satisfied that this is a fit matter
where an endeavour to be made to amicably settle the dispute between the
parties, especially in view of the fact that there is long lapse of time from the
date of the institution of the suit as on today, the date of hearing of the
Second Appeal. Hence, Registry to forward the papers to Lok Adalat,
Warangal, and it is needless to say that Lok Adalat, Warangal, to make sincere
effort and endeavour to see that the matter is amicably settled between the
parties. The Lok Adalat, Warangal, to issue notices to the respective parties
by fixing the date and further proceed with the matter.
