2. We have perused the order dated 18.03.2011 passed by
the learned Single Judge dismissing W.P.No.7748 of 2006 filed
by the appellant as the writ petitioner.
3. On due consideration, we are of the view that the matter
has become infructuous.
4. Writ appeal is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand
closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
