2. We have perused the order dated 15.04.2011 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.20487 of 2010. The said writ petition was heard along with several other writ petitions. Writ Appeals arising out of those writ petitions were dismissed as infructuous by separate orders on 15.09.2022.
3. Consequently, this writ appeal is also dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
