COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan)
None has appeared for the appellant on call though Mr. Ramana,
learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology representing
respondents No.2 to 4 is present.
The writ appeal is preferred against the interim order dated 28.01.2011 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPMP.No.1333 of 2011 in W.P.No.1094 of 2011.
Learned Government Pleader submits that W.P.No.1094 of 2011 was dismissed on 05.09.2019 as being infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives in this appeal.
In view of above, the writ appeal as well as WAMP.No.743 of 2011 filed for dispensing with the requirement of filing a certified copy of the impugned order, are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed.
