      Heard Mr. A.V.A. Siva Kartikeya, learned counsel for the

appellant and Mr. B. Narasimha Sarma, learned counsel for the

respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellant has settled the tax dispute under the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020. Therefore, appellant would like to withdraw the appeal.

3. In view of the above, appeal is dismissed on withdrawal.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
