2. We have perused the order of the learned Single
Judge dated 04.05.2011 passed in W.P.No.13927 of
2011 as well as the interim order dated 11.05.2011
passed by this Court.
3. On due consideration, we are of the view that no
live issue survives for adjudication in this writ appeal.
4. Writ appeal is accordingly dismissed as
infructuous.

stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to
