     Heard Mr. D.Y.N.L.N.Charyulu, learned counsel

for the appellant and Mr. Adhi Venkateshwara Rao,

learned Standing Counsel for Kakatiya University.


2.   This writ appeal has been preferred assailing the

legality and correctness of the order dated 01.09.2022

passed   by       the      learned           Single        Judge      dismissing

W.P.No.34275 of 2022 filed by the appellant as the writ

petitioner.


3.   After hearing the matter at length, learned

counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the

writ appeal.


4.   Writ      appeal           is      accordingly               dismissed   on

withdrawal.

stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to

costs.
