Education is present for the respondents.
2. W.A.No.859 of 2018 is directed against the order dated 12.06.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing W.P.No.19386 of 2018 filed by the appellants as the writ petitioners. W.A.No.914 of 2018 is directed against the order dated 13.06.2008 passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing W.P.No.19471 of 2018 filed by the appellants as the writ petitioners.
3. We have been informed at the bar that the issue raised in the writ petitions and in the writ appeals has now been decided conclusively by the Supreme Court in Vasavi Engineering College Parents Association v. State of 2 Telangana1 setting aside the orders of the High Court and restoring the recommendations of the Telangana Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee dated 04.02.2017 for the block period 2016-2017 and 2018-2019. Supreme Court has further directed that the bank guarantees furnished in terms of the interim orders of this Court should be kept alive/activated and action taken accordingly for protection of the interest of the students.
4. In the light of the above decision of the Supreme Court, nothing survives in the two writ appeals.
5. Writ appeals are accordingly dismissed.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
