Since, there was no representation for the appellant on 25.08.2022, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 05.09.2022. On 05.09.2022 and today also, though the matter is listed under the dismissal caption, there is no representation for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the matter.
