order dated 29.01.2007 passed by the learned Single

Judge dismissing W.P.No.29911 of 1997 filed by the

appellant as the writ petitioner.


3.    We have perused the order dated 29.01.2007.


4.    We are of the view that the subject matter of the

writ appeal has become infructuous.


5.    Writ appeal is therefore dismissed as infructuous.
