Heard Mr. Alladi Ravinder, learned counsel for
the appellants and Mr. S.Rahul Reddy, learned counsel
for the respondents/writ petitioners.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents/writ petitioners submits that following the order passed by the appellate Court on 11.08.2015, no due certificates were furnished by the respondents/writ petitioners, whereafter the fixed deposit receipts (FDRs) were released.
3. In view of the above, the writ appeal has become infructuous.
4. Writ appeal is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
