CIVIL REVISION PETITION No: 3058 of 2012
ORDER:
1. The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the judgment dt.03.01.2012 passed in R.A.No.398 of 2010 by the Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad.
2. There is no representation from the appellant even though the matter is posted under dismissal caption. This C.R.P. is of the year 2012. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is liable to be dismissed for non- prosecution. The Interim stay granted earlier by this Court stands vacated.
3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
