This appeal is filed by the appellant aggrieved by the
order, dated 22.04.2002 passed in CCT's Ref.L.III(2)/274/9
by the respondent-Commissioner of Commercial Taxes,
Hyderabad.
2. Heard. Perused the record.
3. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has applied for One Time Settlement (OTS) and was granted the benefit of the scheme. In view of the same, the appellant does not want to proceed further in this appeal.
4. Recording the said submissions, all further proceedings in this appeal are closed.
5. Accordingly, the Special Appeal is disposed of.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
