Learned counsel for the appellants in both the appeals furnished a memo dated 31.10.2022 to this Court to the effect that the appellants are not pressing the appeals and requested to dismiss the appeals as not pressed.
By making the said memo as part of record, both the appeals are dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in both the appeals, shall stand closed.
