JUDGMENT:
When the matter was listed on 11.02.2022, it was reported that Sri T. Viswanandha Sastry, the learned counsel for the appellant is no more. Therefore, notice was issued to the appellant returnable within two weeks and the matter was directed to be posted on 24.03.2022.
Till date, none appeared for the appellant, though the matter underwent in numerous adjournments.
Therefore, the second appeal is dismissed for default and for non- prosecution.
Pending Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
