JUDGMENT:
It was reported by the learnd counsel for the appellant that, the sole appellant is no more. Therefore, the matter was adjourned for taking steps to bring the LRs of the appellant on record. But, there is no response from the legal heirs of the sole appellant.
Therefore, this appeal is dismissed as abated with a leave that it shall be restored if steps are taken for bringing on record the LRs of sole appellant in this appeal.
Therefore, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
