JUDGMENT:
This appeal is arising out of the Judgment and Decree in A.S. No. 17 of 2012 dated 28.10.2013 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Karimnagar at Jagtial, which is arising out of the Judgment and Decree in O.S. No. 51 of 2009 on the file of Prl. Junior Civil Judge, Jagtial.
The suit is filed for perpetual injunction by the plaintiff which was dismissed by the trial Court.
Being aggrieved by the same, the unsuccessful plaintiff has preferred an appeal before the II Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, which was also dismissed.
It is reported by the learned counsel for the appellant that, in view of the compromise between the parties, the matter was settled outside the Court, and therefore, no orders are necessary in this second appeal and the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the appeal.
Therefore, the second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
