        CITY CIVIL COURT APPEAL No.160 of 1999

JUDGMENT:

1. The present appeal has been directed against the judgment and decree dated 31.03.1999 in O.S.No.652 of 1992 on the file of the VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. There is no representation for the appellant.

3. This matter is filed against money decree by one of the defendants. The docket proceedings show that there is no representation for the appellant continuously. The matter pertains to the year 1999. In spite of matter being listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the appellant. This shows that the appellant is not evinced any interest in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this appeal is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

4. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
