2. This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 11.10.2007 passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing W.P.No.1364 of 2007 filed by the appellant. By the said order, learned Single Judge also allowed W.P.No.984 of 2007 filed by the appellant.
3. In the absence of learned counsel for the appellant, the writ appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. 2
