          Appeal under Section 100 of C.P.C., praying that this Hon'ble High
Court may be pleased to allow the Second Appeal and set aside the
Judgment and Decree made in AS No. 330 of 2011 dated 30-6-2014 by the
Learned XXIV Addl. Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and also set
aside the Judgment and decree passed by the VI Junior Civil Judge, City
Civil Court, at Hyderabad in OS No. 5556 of 2009 dated 9-9-2011 by
decreeing the said suit with costs.

     Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C. praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the
respondent not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner's property
including the demolition in the suit schedule property in consequence to the
judgment and decree made in AS No. 330 of 2011 dated 30.6.2014 by the
Learned XXIV Addl. Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, at Hyderabad, pending
disposal of SA No. 789 of 2014 on the file of the High Court.

    The appeal coming on for hearing upon perusing the memorandum of
grounds filed herein order of the High Court dated 21-11-2014 and 12 -12-
2014 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. V.M.M. Chary,
Advocate for the Appellant, the Court made the following
