Heard Mr. P.Shiv Kumar, learned counsel for the
appellant; Mr. Nandigam Krishna Rao, learned counsel for
respondent No.1; Mr. Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned
Government Pleader for respondent No.2; and Mr. M.A.K.Mukheed, learned counsel for respondents No.3 to 5.
2. I.A.No.1 of 2022 has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 176 days in filing the related writ appeal.
3. The writ appeal has been preferred against the interim order dated 25.03.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.15292 of 2022.
4. After hearing the matter at some length, during the course of which this Court prima facie indicated that it is 2 not inclined to entertain the writ appeal, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the writ appeal.
5. In view of the above, the interlocutory application and the writ appeal are dismissed on withdrawal.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
