JUDGMENT:
In spite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the appellants.
As per the docket proceedings, on 27.12.2018, a memo was filed by the learned counsel for respondent No.1 informing the Court that appellant No.1 died on 17.11.2018, along with the details of legal heirs of appellant No.1. On 13.06.2022, he has also filed another memo stating that appellant No.2 also died on 16.10.2021, along with the details of legal heirs of appellant No.2. However, no steps have been taken so far.
In the circumstances, the City Civil Court Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
