Learned counsel for the petitioner in both the matters submits
that the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Hanamkonda, had
pronounced the judgment in O.S.No.514 of 2013, today, i.e.
14.10.2022
, and thus, these civil revision petitions, filed aggrieved by the common order dt.02.09.2022, passed in I.A.Nos.551 and 552 of 2022 in O.S.No.514 of 2013, have become infructuous.
2. Recording the above said submission, the Civil Revision Petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
