2. In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the appellant-company that Sri Chimmani Venkateshwar Rao, Managing Partner, representing the appellant-company passed away and that he has no instructions from the appellant-company.
3. The appellant-company did not take any steps to bring the present representative of the appellant-company on record, till today. Under these circumstances, it appears that the appellant- company has no interest in pursuing the appeal.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
