                 CONTEMPT CASE No.1346 of 2021
ORDER:

Interim order dated 05.07.2021 was passed IA.No.1 of 2020 in WP.No.5757 of 2020 directing the respondent No.4 to take necessary steps for ensuring registration of the sale deed entered by the petitioner in vide document No.10/2019 dated 26.08.2019 by following the judgment in WP.No.43687 of 2017 dated 03.08.2018.

Mr. Boya Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel for the contemnor, submitted that common judgment dated 22.01.2021 was passed in WA.No.1599 of 2018 and WP(PIL).No.127 of 2020 wherein writ appeal was allowed. By virtue of the said order, Thuthaklingannapet village has to be treated as tribal village and the provisions of the Land Transfer Regulation 1 of 1959 automatically apply. It is further submitted by the learned counsel that as Thuthaklingannapet village is an agency area, the document presented by the petitioner vide P.No.10/2019 on 26.08.2019 has been refused for registration as per Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 and refusal order No.1/2021 dated 07.10.2021 passed to that effect was communicated to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the contempt case is closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
