Learned counsel for the respondent is present.
2. In spite of granting several opportunities, appellant could not get ready and proceed with this matter. This Court vide order dated 11.10.2022 indicated that if the appellant is not ready on the next date of hearing, interim order granted by this Court stands vacated. Even then, there is no response from the side of the appellant. All the circumstances make it clear that the appellant has no interest to pursue the appeal.
3. Under these circumstances, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed for default.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
