FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.68 OF 2019
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Dr.SA,J)
This appeal, under Section 19(1) of Family Courts Act,
1984, is filed by the appellant/respondent/wife, challenging
the order and decree dated 14.09.2018 passed in F.C.O.P.No.6 of 2017 by the learned Judge, Family Court- cum-VIII Additional Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar, wherein the subject F.C.O.P filed by the respondent/petitioner/ husband under Section 13(1)(ia)(ib) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking divorce, was allowed with certain conditions.
2. Heard both sides and perused the record.
3. This Court vide order dated 21.04.2022 passed the following order:
"Heard. Perused the record.
There is an element of settlement present in this matter. Therefore, this matter stands referred to mediation Centre. Both the parties are directed to be present before the Mediation Centre of the High Court of Telangana, for settlement.
The Registry is directed to transmit the entire case record to the Mediation Centre of the High Court of Telangana, for settlement, in accordance with law.
For filing report, post on 29.07.2022."2

Pursuant to the aforesaid order, the report dated 27.09.2022 of the Mediator, Mediation and Arbitration Centre, High Court for the State of Telangana, along with the memorandum of settlement dated 27.09.2022 executed by both the parties, are placed before this Court. The mediator report dated 27.09.2022 reveals that the mediation was successful. By way of memorandum of settlement dated 27.09.2022, both the parties have compromised and resolved their disputes and came to a final settlement on certain terms and conditions. In condition No.6 of the said memorandum of settlement, it is mentioned that the appellant had confirmed the decree of divorce dated 14.09.2018 granted by the lower Court in F.C.O.P.No.6 of 2017.
5. In view of the above circumstances, in terms of the report dated 27.09.2022 of the Mediator, Mediation and Arbitration Centre, High Court for the State of Telangana and the memorandum of settlement dated 27.09.2022 executed by both the parties, all further proceedings in this appeal are closed.
6. Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of. 3
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
