           WRIT PETITION No.38209 of 2022
ORDER:

Heard Sri Y. Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.4 in not mutating the petitioners name in Dharani Portal and not issuing pattedar pass books by entering the names of the petitioners with regard to the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1-12 gts., in Sy.No.694 situated at Manchal village and mandal, Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and consequently direct the respondent authorities to mutate the petitioners name in Dharani portal for the said land.

Petitioners are claiming that they are the absolute owners and possessors of land admeasuring Ac.1-12 gts., in Sy.No.694 situated at Manchal village and mandal, Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District. In proof of the 2 same, they have filed copies of pattedar pass books and other documents including judgment and decree in O.S.No.4 of 2022, dated 09-05-2022 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge - cum - XXV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Ibrahimpatnam. The petitioners herein vide legal notice dated 17-06-2022 requested the 4th respondent to mutate their names. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said legal notice, respondent No.4 did not act upon the same, therefore, the present writ petition.

Whereas learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that as per CCLA's Circular No.1/2021, dated 15-01-2021 the petitioners herein have to make online application to respondent No.2, who in turn, will consider the said online application submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid discussion, this writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to submit 3 online application to respondent No.2 along with relevant documents and on receipt of the said online application, respondent No.2 shall consider and dispose of the same by putting the petitioners and also the interested parties, if any, on notice and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. If respondent No.2 is not inclined to accept the claim / request of the petitioners, he shall mention specific reasons and pass appropriate orders. He shall communicate the said order to the petitioners and he shall complete the entire exercise within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
