Heard Ms. Shalini, learned counsel for the appellant;
Mr. B.Mukherjee, learned counsel for respondent No.1; and
Mr. S.Rajeshwar Reddy, learned counsel for respondents No.3 and 4 (appeal against respondent No.2 since dismissed in terms of court order dated 24.09.2014).
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the writ appeal has become infructuous.
3. In view of above, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed.
