2. Learned counsel for the appellant-company would submit that the appellant-company was closed and all the employees of the appellant-company availed the benefit of VRS scheme and hence, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

4. In the result, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
