JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan)
Heard Ms. C.Vani Reddy, learned Government
Pleader for School Education representing the appellants.
2. This writ appeal is directed against the order dated
20.03.2013 passed by the learned Single Judge allowing
W.P.No.4970 of 2013 and batch.
3. Matter pertains to not granting of
affiliation/permission to educational institutions such as
respondent No.1 for the academic year 2012-13 to start
D.Ed course.
4. While admitting the writ appeal on 05.06.2013, a coordinate Bench of this Court passed an interim order to the effect that admission of the students to respondent No.1 college and completion of their course would be subject to result of the writ appeal. 2
5. Since the matter pertains to admission to D.Ed course for the academic year 2012-13, we are of the view that at this distant point of time, it would not be just and proper to interfere with such admission.
6. Therefore, we close the writ appeal as being infructuous.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
