Mr. Mohd. Anwar Ali, learned counsel appears for
respondent No.5.
2. We have gone through the order of the learned Single Judge dated 02.01.2014 passed in W.P.No.30059 of 2013 filed by the appellant. By the aforesaid order, the writ petition filed by the appellant was dismissed.
3. Matter pertains to disqualification of the appellant in the tender process following the tender notice dated 06.06.2013 relating to construction of buildings at RIMS Adilabad.
4. We are of the view that no live issue survives for adjudication in this writ appeal. 2
5. Accordingly, writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
