2. This writ appeal has been preferred by the Andhra
Pradesh State Finance Corporation and its official against
the order dated 24.06.2011 passed by the learned Single
Judge allowing W.P.No.852 of 2009 filed by the
respondent.
3. We find that identical writ appeals being W.A.Nos.1814 & 1815 of 2008 and 409 of 2009 were dismissed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide common judgment dated 08.04.2022.
4. That being the position, the present writ appeal also stands dismissed.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
