JUDGMENT:

1. The present appeal has been directed against judgment and decree dated 23.12.2016 passed in O.S.No.04 of 2014 by the VII Additional District Judge, Bodhan.

2. Learned Counsel for appellants addressed a letter to the Registrar (Judl.) that the appellants want to withdraw the Appeal suit. Withdrawal is sought on account of settlement between the parties outside the Court.

3. Recording the same, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
