JUDGMENT:
This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 378 (4) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") by the appellants/complainants seeking to set aside the Judgment dated 29.03.2010 passed by the learned XVI Additional Judge-cum-XX ACMM, Hyderabad in C.C.No.488 of 2008 for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.
2. When the matter was listed on 12.02.2019, 13.02.2018, 19.03.2021, 08.06.2021 and 22.06.2021, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. Today also none appears for the appellants. It shows that the appellants are not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter diligently.
3. Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
