JUDGMENT:
Basing on the letter dated 28.11.2022 addressed by the learned counsel for the appellant, the matter is listed under the caption "for withdrawal" on 30.11.2022. The said letter discloses that he had instructions from the Oriental Insurance Company Limited through mail on 25.11.2022 to withdraw the appeal.
