AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.404 of 2022 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal on the grounds that the parties have compromised the subject matter of the appeal and both the parties got married again. A letter, dated 28.11.2022, is also filed before the Registry to that effect.
2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant and also in view of the letter, dated 28.11.2022 filed before the Registry, permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
