1. When the matter was called on 28.11.2022, there was no representation for the appellants, as such, this Court directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 29.11.2022. Even today (29.11.2022), when the matter is called, learned counsel for the appellants is not ready to argue the case.
2. In view of the above, this City Civil Court Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand closed.
