Since it was reported that the counsel representing the appellant-claimant is no more, on 06.06.2022 notice was directed to be issued to the appellant for taking appropriate steps. Thereafter, the matter underwent several adjournments. However, notice sent to the appellant was returned with an endorsement 'addressee expired'.
2. Hence, the appeal stands dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.
