Seeking the Court to set aside the judgment rendered in S.C.No.29 of 2011 by the Court of Special Sessions Judge for Trial of Cases under SCs and STs (POA) Act- cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Khammam, dated 30.04.2012, the present Criminal Appeal is filed.
2. Smt. Indraja, learned counsel representing Sri Ravulapati Sreenivas Rao, learned counsel on record for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Appeal.
3. Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.
4. The Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
