When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant is present and submitted that records are not available with them. As the records are also not available with the Court. Therefore, this court is of the considered view that no purpose would be served in continuing the appeal.
Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
