JUDGMENT:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the respondents. Learned counsel for the appellant is present and stated that they have not received any communication from the client even though they tried to contact them. As such matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', the appellant fail to take necessary steps.
Therefore, this court is of the considered view that no purpose would be served in continuing the appeal.
Hence, the Appeal is dismissed.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
