JUDGMENT:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant party-in-person and respondents.
On 27.10.2022 also, both the appellant party-in-person and respondents counsel are absent in spite of issuing notice to the appellant on 03.06.2022 and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation for the appellant party-in- person and respondents counsel. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the appellant is not interested to pursue the litigation.
Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
